Dear students,
From the 13th September The Half-yearly examination will start. Please follow the attachment for exam schedule.
For Class there will be two papers for each subject. Each paper will be of 20 marks for I to X, for XI and XII the assigned marks by CBSE ( of each subject)for TERM I shall be split into two paper and will consist ONLY OBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTIONS except writing skill section in languages. (as prescribed by CBSE )
Syllabus break up for each paper will be uploaded on VAWSUM
Please find the Flow chart of EXAMINATION :
8:45 – 1st half, Question Paper 1 will be uploaded on VAWSUM.
8:50-9:00am – Reading Time
9:00-9:40am – Writing Time of 20 marks question (I to X) 40 minutes
9:40-10:00am- submission of answer script to the subject teacher through mail.
10:15am – 2nd half, Question Paper 2 will be uploaded on VAWSUM.
10:20-10:30 – Reading Time
10:30-11:10am – Writing Time of 20 marks question.(I – X) 40 minutes
11:10 – 11:30 am – submission of answer script to the subject teacher through mail.

Meeting Ids for Examinations will be posted on VAWSUM everyday before examination.
- Keeping the camera on throughout the examination is mandatory. If emergency occurs students need to ask the invigilator before turning off the camera and should submit a formal letter to the class teacher regarding same. Otherwise student will be removed from class immediately and he/she will be considered as an absent.
- Wearing School Uniform is must During examination.
- Students should find the question paper on zoom screen and it will be also posted on VAWSUM app according to the Flow of Examination.
- Students need to submit the answer scripts by making a single PDF to the given mail id on the question paper.
- Students will be considered as absent if he/she will not remain present in zoom sessions during exam and the answer copy will not be considered as valid if will not get received within prescribed time mention in the Flow of Examination.
- No submission of copies shall be accepted through WhatsApp. Email is the only way of submitting the answer scripts.
- No phone calls will be entertained. To get the meeting id of examinations, students need to check vawsum app regularly.
- Submission will not be accepted if that is not in a pdf format.
No Jpg format or image format will be allowed.
Dear students ( IX to XII)
It is to informed that the Half Yearly Examination which is to be conducted from 13th September shall be considered as Practice Test for Term 1 Examination. CBSE guided Term 1 examination shall be conducted and schedule for the same shall be published soon. Appearing in all the examinations are mandatory as internal marks will be assessed on that. Board based Term 1 examination shall be conducted in OMR sheet. Demo session of using OMR sheet shall be conducted by the school shortly. Students are requested to keep on checking Vawsum and all the digital platforms of school everyday for further details.
