1. Students are expected to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, respect, responsibility and courtesy at all times. They shall conduct themselves in a manner that enhances the dignity and reputation of the School.
2. Students shall show respect towards the Principal, teachers, staff members, fellow students, visitors and all members of the School community. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
3. Students must attend school regularly, punctually and in proper school uniform. Repeated late arrival, absenteeism or violation of uniform norms may invite disciplinary action.
4. Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum in classrooms, laboratories, library, corridors, school buses, playgrounds and during all school activities. Silence and attentiveness must be maintained during instructional hours.
5. Students shall take proper care of school property, equipment, books, furniture and facilities. Any loss or damage caused deliberately or through negligence shall be made good by the student concerned and may attract disciplinary action.
6. Students are responsible for the safe custody of their personal belongings. All books, notebooks, water bottles, lunch boxes and other articles should be clearly labelled with the studentβs name. The School shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings.
7. Mobile phones, smart watches with communication facilities, electronic gadgets, cameras and any other unauthorised devices are not permitted in the School unless specifically allowed by the School for academic purposes. The School reserves the right to confiscate such items.
8. Students shall not bring valuable articles, jewellery, large sums of money or any prohibited item to the School.
9. Possession, use, distribution or influence of tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, alcohol, drugs, intoxicants, fireworks, sharp objects, weapons or any hazardous material within the School premises or during School activities is strictly prohibited.
10. Students shall use digital resources, computers, internet facilities, ERP platforms and School communication systems responsibly and ethically. Any misuse of technology, cyberbullying or inappropriate online behaviour will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter.
11. Students must participate sincerely in academic, co-curricular, sports, community service and School programmes as required by the School.
12. No student shall leave the School premises during School hours without prior written permission from the Principal or authorised School authority.
13. Parents/Guardians and visitors may meet teachers only during designated hours and with prior appointment or permission from the School.
14. Students are expected to maintain cleanliness of classrooms and the campus and actively support the Schoolβs environmental and sustainability initiatives.
15. Any complaint, grievance, suggestion or concern relating to academics, student welfare or School functioning should be communicated through the prescribed School channels.
16. The School reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including suspension, withdrawal of privileges or other measures, against students whose conduct is found detrimental to the interests, safety, discipline or reputation of the School.
17. All students are required to abide by the School Rules, Examination Rules, Transport Rules and other policies issued by the School from time to time.
18. The School reserves the right to amend, modify or update these regulations whenever necessary, and such changes shall be binding on all students and parents.
The School is committed to providing a safe, secure, healthy and child-friendly environment for all students. The following safety measures are implemented:
1. CCTV surveillance is maintained in key areas of the school campus.
2. Fire safety equipment, fire alarms and extinguishers are installed and regularly inspected.
3. Valid Building Safety, Fire Safety and other statutory safety certificates are maintained as per prescribed norms.
4. Safe and purified drinking water is provided, and water quality is tested periodically and certified by the Assistant Engineer, PHED.
5. Trained security personnel regulate entry and exit through a visitor management system.
6. First Aid facilities, medical assistance and a Wellness/Infirmary Room are available on campus.
7. School transport complies with prescribed safety norms, regulations and fitness certificate requirements issued by the RTO.
8. A functional POCSO Committee and Child Protection Policy ensure the safety and well-being of students.
9. Regular fire, evacuation and disaster management drills are conducted.
10. Guidance and counselling services are available for students by an experienced full-time counsellor.
11. Awareness programmes on personal safety, cyber safety, health, hygiene and gender sensitivity are organized regularly.
12. Female attendants are available to assist young children and girl students whenever required.
13. Self-defence and life-skill programmes are conducted periodically.
14. The School promotes an inclusive, respectful and bullying-free environment for all students.
15. Students are expected to follow all safety instructions issued by the School from time to time.
The safety and security of every child remain the Schoolβs highest priority.
Parents must not allow their wards to be absent from school for filmsy reasons. But if he/ she is absent βexcuse noteβ must be written in these columns. If the child is absent for THREE or more days consecutively, reason for absent must be supported by relevant Papers / Certificate.
