Holiday-Attendance

We provide out of the box service to our students as well as their parents, be it education or information service. As the change to the digital growth of the market, we are trying to communicate with the young generation as well as Guardian in that way. Every information about their Ward or school is updated to the guardian via Central Model school SMS service. In every hard path, we are standing beside our student for their growth.

Holiday

» There are three vacations, during the year Summer vacation, Puja vacation and Christmas vacation.

» Saturday is usually the weekly holiday. However, the student may be asked to the present for social work and co-circular activities on these days.

» The school notice board reflects the month wise program of the whole year indicating vacation periods weekly and other holidays and class days.

» No child may leave the school during class hours without special permission of the Principal and only if a written request from parents is submitted.

» All the school children should have identity cards obtainable from the school office. It is advisable for Nursery and K.G. children that the person authorized to take the pupil home would have the card and be able to show it if request by the school authority.

Attendance

» Regular attendance at school is in the interest of the student. It builds up a sense of devotion to duty and a habit for regularity and discipline. The students Should arrive on time to the school. There is a procedure for checking the latecomers. Parents co-operation will be much appreciated so that punctuality may be ensured.

» The Student who has been absent from class must have reason entered in the Regularity record in the school Diary, stating briefly the cause of the absence or delay. Absence due to any other personal reasons may be submitted in a letter. These notes need to be duly signed by the parents or the guardians of the children and countersigned by the appropriate school authority. Any medical leave for more than three days to be substantiated by producing a medical certificate.

» Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience or conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for adopting strict disciplinary measures which may even lead to dismissal of a student from the school. These whose attendance falls short of 75% may be debarred from appearing the examination.

» Absence from class for birthdays, marriage feasts. Excursions In view of anticipating school vacations or in order to study are not encouraged. If a student is absent without leave for fifteen consecutive days, his/her name may be struck off the rolls. However due notice will be given to the parent or guardian concerned before such action may be taken.
